Yoga at Work
How it works:
Classes can be scheduled before/after work or during lunch
Designed for all levels (beginners through advanced)
Classes are typically 1 hour (shorter classes can be offered if needed)
Sign on for 8 to 10 week sessions
Groups of any size (depending on space available)
Waiver forms are sometimes used if liability is concern

Scenario 1: Company pays for yoga class
Cost: $75 for lunch time yoga (45 min)
$100 for after work yoga (1 hrs)
Scenario 2: Company partially pays for yoga class
Scenario 3: Employee fully pays for yoga class cost per class $10/class (minimum class size of 10 people for this option)
