Prenatal Yoga
Strengthen mind, body and spirit in preparation for labor and delivery with a class designed to help expectant moms deepen their experience and enjoyment of pregnancy. Class includes yoga postures to address and relieve the common discomforts of pregnancy; relaxation techniques and breathing exercises to ease fear and anxiety; abdominal and pelvic floor toning to enhance postnatal recovery. This class is beneficial at anytime during pregnancy. Class is 1hour.
Prenatal Partner Yoga
Pregnancy is a transitional time for both women and men. Prenatal Yoga is about honoring these changes emotionally, physically & spiritually. Based on our Prenatal Yoga classes, learn partner & individual postures to help relax, open and assist labor to move labor along easier. Using breathing techniques to find inner focus while connecting deeper to each other and baby. Learn safety infant CPR. Take this time to connect more deeply with yourself, your partner, and your baby as you prepare for this very exciting transition! *No yoga experience is required; everything we do will be appropriate for all levels of fitness. Doulas welcome.
